I am a 16 year old young woman-that's right! We young guns are creative and talented, too! I have been baking with my mother for over four years. What she once thought was a phase has turned into a passion! I love to create and try new things. I am not afraid to experiment. Celestial Red Velvet Strawberry Cake

A heavenly three-tiered cake. All layers are red velvet cake. Between the layers is a cream cheese frosting with strawberry compote. The outside is a cream cheese frosting with a homemade strawberry crunch crumble; just like on the strawberry shortcake ice cream bars! Topped with fresh mixed berries. The layers of cake can be customized to a different flavor. The frosting can also be changed to a simple buttercream.
